Cancellation Policy

  • 75% Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service time are eligible for a 75% refund.
  • Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the service time may be subject to a partial refund of 50%.
  • Minimal Refunds: Cancellations made 12-24 hours before the service time will receive a 25% refund.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service time.
